The Preserve at Preston Trail

Its been almost 3 years I have been living in these apartments and I really like them. My building is quiet and everybody pretty much stay to themselves. The people in the office are always nice. They even offer pizza or snacks on some days when you stop by the office. Feliciti is super sweet and the office manager Damaris. I can’t forget to acknowledge the maintenance men Mario and Edgar as well. Any work order I have put in was completed the very next morning. They are very nice and friendly as well. No complaints at all. These are nice apartments and of course everyone experience will be different but mine have been just fine. Pay your rent on time and mind your business and you will have a good experience too. :)

I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience from start to finish! Feliciti was professional, welcoming, and really took the time to answer all my questions during the tour. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The application and approval process was super smooth and fast — I actually got approved shortly after my tour! I’m really excited to move in and can already tell this will be a great place to live. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting!

We moved in when they opened, which for the first 2 years was great. Then the change in management companies several times lead to their down fall. The apartments have went down tremendously…..so filthy and nasty. You pay all this money for what. You can’t use all the amenities, they closed the game room, pool is open when they want it open, gates to the doors constantly broke, units dirty, hallways dirty, etc…….. The latest office staff constantly harass you if your late after you gave them a ptp. They constantly come/ go in your apartment, with out knocking. Damaris in the office harass and beats on your door like she the police. I know I’m late that’s why I called to make a ptp not for your to keep calling and harassing me plus multiple notes on my door. I understand the 3 day notice th

Feliciti has been more than amazing ever since I first spoke with her about moving . She still promptly responds to my questions and concerns today. She and the other young woman whose name I can't remember are excellent candidates to be at the front of your business. Additionally, Egar in the maintenance division ensures that the unit's issues are resolved. This staff is excellent, therefore I really don't have any major concerns at the moment .

Honestly I want to give them 0 stars. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed while paying nearly 1500 a month for a one bed room one bath. Nothing at all luxury about this place, for starters when I first moved here I was told I was on the first floor just to pick my keys up and I’m on the 3rd floor in front of the pool with a 1yr old kid. Nxt month I began havin electric problms every time Ide turn on the microwave, blow dryer, or my iron. Maintenance came over abt 10 times then they sent a real electrician which stated it was a pricy job but he was certain they wouldn’t approve or approve minimal work which is what they did. After he left the problm start right back the next day which continued the whole time of my lease, even now!! During the snw storm our building went 3-4 days witho
