Legacy of Cedar Hill Apartments & Townhomes

I guess they have something against wanting to have new tenants. Ive been trying to get into these apartments since last month…first i let my bf apply but when he didn’t qualify for his self they didn’t tell us his application was denied until I called them…no notice or nothing before then. Then when he told them he had a co applicant they took three days to send him the link where he could add his co applicant and again THEY DIDN’T SEND IT UNTIL I CALLED. They literally do things on their on time and I’ve have been more than graceful but now they just being ignorant and not doing their job. I had to ask do i have to call every time im done with a task because it doesn’t seem like yall move forward with anything untill after I call and say whats next and the lady responded “you might have

Solid 1 star because 0 isn't allowed and good luck getting what the picture show. They show 2 different kitchens and mine doesn't look like either. Also, all the 5 stars seem to be the same review just worded differently, but I digress. I will update later with all of the move in issues...there are a lot that I have worked on this form for over an hour so far. As promised pictures attached and to update 2 weeks in and the exterminator has come. 24 more maintenance requests exist

If there were an option for absolutely no stars I would select it. I had an emergency where I had to leave in an ambulance with my grandbaby. I left my car in a non-visitor spot briefly, I had no idea I would have to leave in an ambulance. The heartlessness of the office staff was very disturbing. I called the office on the way and asked if they could please put something on my car to make sure it does not get towed. I would pick it up as soon as I could. They said it was policy and that I should have known better. I am beyond disgusted with the manager who is the one that said it. I pray they never are in the same situation.

The maintenance worries more about the outside than the inside. Nothing is ever fixed. Only rigged. Pest control has controlled nothing. Emergency maintenance does not show up. My alarms were going off around the clock and they didn’t think it was importance enough to come deal with. My electric kept going out. Been using the laundry mat for over a year. They tried to pin a flood in my apartment on me when my children were not even home and my three youngest didn’t even use that bathroom so I know it wasn’t a tissue problem. Do not move here. The kids are bullies and the parents don’t care. The teenagers walk around bullying And stealing from children ten and younger. I hate the day I moved here.

I'm a current resident that was very happy while living here on my first lease. However as soon as I renewed my lease all type of communication and proper business ethics stopped. If it wasn't for my neighbor being the stand up woman she is my vehicles would have been towed. I pay my rent in partial payments and have been since I've been living here. Not one time did anyone in the office informed me that doing that they can take your paid parking away from you at anytime. They did just that without notice and sold them to my neighbor in the other building then told her to have my cars towed. Now this morning my spouse gets ready to go to work and his truck has been towed. Once they talked to him when he got added to the lease a month ago they never added the extra two parking spots on th
