Contacted Gail, the listed agent on several properties I wanted to purchase. Gail told me multiple times that she was going to check on the availability of adjoining properties and call me back when she got to her desk. I offered cash for the properties, I just needed to know how many I could get. After spending hours with key players in the infrastructure and development of the area (which had been an issue for the previous owners), and multiple calls to make arrangements to secure the property, Gail sold it to someone else. This is highly unprofessional. I literally had 5 buyers ready to join me on purchasing multiple lots each in the same neighborhood.

Terrible management for property rentals. The vendors must be related to them because they do a piss poor job of fixing maintenance issues, one vendor lied to us and on government documents stating he fixed a problem (when he hadn't) because he is too lazy to leave his home. He doesn't want to wear his mask during COVID. Gas leaks, termites have been rampant with neighbors - resulting in loss of wood furniture and they (Century 21) dragged their feet to get it fixed. The assistant and her manager are extremely rude and love to raise their voice at their renters. Find a different company. Otherwise, you WILL regret it.

Three weeks ago, as a walk in, I met with a real estate associate went over what I was looking for and was told that they would send me their contact info via email (shortly) and would provide service or recommend another branch in the location I preferred to buy in. Well they haven't to this day tried to contact me. Very unprofessional and poor service support company. I suggest anyone look elsewhere because they don't care enough and there are good realtors out there not there.
