I loved the professionalism and thoughtfulness behind work being done. Giving time and attention to catch all necessary details in order to make an informed decision on a new purchase of an older home. There was a clear understanding of all the building codes and regulations that I appreciated most as he provided insights regarding the house that would have never known, until later on when the problem was worse. The inspection was done very thoroughly and meticulously. I'm very grateful for the service I was provided and would recommend to anyone seeking a thorough and honest inspection. Above all else the character of Keith is the winner. It's hard to find such kindness, professionalism and warmth in people these days.

If I could give less than a one star on this guy I would! Keith came and inspected my house that I bought in Summer of 2021. It is house that was built in the 80's but overall the report he gave us was pretty good! Not many things to fix at all. However, over this past year I have had several major things go wrong that he should have caught and didn't! One of the biggest things was we asked where our main water valve to the house was and he didn't know. Turns out it was in our backyard patio and there was a leak on it so the knob was completely corroded and had to be fixed. The biggest error was my AC units that he said were in perfect condition. A month after he inspected them, both of the two units went completely out because they were out of Freon and I had to buy brand new 2 units! I c

Keith inspected two different homes for us and did an extremely, extremely thorough job. Any reviewer claiming otherwise must not have actually worked with him and his company. On our first 2,600 sqf property, I spent close to 5 hours going over every inch and shadowing Keith's work. He was very willing to explain his thought process, what he was seeing and his concerns. He also provided some helpful long term tips on routine maintenance which was really helpful as a first time homeowner. The biggest part was his lengthy discovery work in the pier/beam crawl space. He found a number of big concerns, was very quick to point them out and kept any emotion out of the process . These folks were hired by the buyer of my home. Right out of the gate, the older gentleman was rude. They finished up and left without a word, left both garage doors open, just about every light and ceiling fans on too. Just plain unprofessional. I may not have hired them but it's still my home. Have some damn respect.

I hired Keith to inspect the home I bought a while back because I read the review on this page about how Keith blew the sale for a homeowner because he was so critical on his inspection. BINGO..... Just he guy you want to inspect you new home. Keith went over it with a fine tooth comb. Even pointed out some active termites when I didn't hire him to inspect for them. If you are a home buyer this is the guy for you!
