Today is Monday February 22, 2026 I wanted to give a shout out to maintenance. They went above cleaning the snow from walk ways, dog park. They made it easy for us older people who have mobility issues. I just wanted to say we appreciate. Thank You!

I wish Zero Stars was an option for this rental property. We lived here for four years and had to deal with black mold and a leaking ceiling for two years. Maintenence constantly promised to come out and fix but never showed up. We have a toddler and pets that had to be around and smell black mold for a short time before we had to close off the bathroom. Which meant not being able to fully access the whole apartment. They even had the nerve to have us pay for painting after we had enough and decided to end our lease. No accommodations or sympathy from either the property manager or the maintenance staff to this day. As you can see from previous reviews, ceilings are an issue here. I do not recommend moving here if you plan on dealing with leaking ceiling, black mold, large centipedes, a

These town homes are too small for the rent price the rent in two years went up $413 has no amenities besides the washer and dryer no storage space limited parking they really don’t care about your well-being. Just their money. at the first of each month. and last six weeks there the ceiling fell down in my bedroom they accommodated me by giving me $250 off ledger, couldn’t sleep in my room for 5 days they stated for me to sleep in the room with my teenaged son, which had no air conditioner in his room this happen in July so it was very hot -the ceiling fell down exactly 2 years later in the same room the repairs was not done professionally the debris process was also not done professionally debris was still left underneath my bed inside the closets and I had to clean up behind the pai

Absolutely LOVE it here! My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past 2 years and it’s been truly wonderful. From the tour 2 years ago until now, everything from the leasing office staff (shoutout to Sam who is the absolute BEST), to the maintenance responses/completions and ongoing upkeep of the complex, to the overall vibe of the complex has been great. We don’t know all of our neighbors, but the ones we’ve met are wonderful (there’s a nice sense of community here). In my opinion, amazing price for what you get too! Quality 2 beds 1.5 bath townhome in a beautiful little pocket of Prospect Park (with unbeatable proximity to 95/476/etc., the airport, AND a ton of shops/restaurants/etc.)…can’t beat it. I wish we had access to the basement for some extra storage for our bicycles and whatn

I have lived here for three years and have enjoyed it very much. The apartments are spacious and bright. I love having a large washer/dryer in my unit and my own entrance. All requested repairs are made in a timely manner. The location is great if you work in Philly. Also nice is the John Heinz wildlife preserve within walking distance. The only negative is the continuous yearly increases in the cost of my rent. A little high for this area and the complex does not have a pool or a gym. Otherwise I love living here.
