Edgewater Apartments

Anyone who’s looking for a good place to live don’t let this bad reviews turn you off. Like any other place has bad and good,but please don’t believe there is rats or roaches all over this buildings , is sad to read people’s reviews and know as a resident here that is not true.. They try their best to keep maintenance on everything , so come on down and give Edge Water a chance to be your new home...

Edgewater Apartments is in an ideal location with a great view of the water. While a resident of Edgewater, new railings were installed on the front and back balconies of all the units, as well as resurfacing of the balconies with more upgrades to come. The Regional Property Manager, Amanda Davis, was always reachable, and eager to find a solution to whatever issue I had. I enjoyed my two bedroom apartment during my stay. It was spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Let me explain to you why Edgewater is a robbery today is February 10, 2020 I contacted Edgewater about a possible two bedroom they had coming up. I was very excited with my fiancé to apply to this development because we thought the pictures looked great. We never saw the place but we thought it looked great from the pictures. on the phone I was told that no available units would be able to be viewed until the people moved out of the apartment but Edgewater still wanted me to pay $340 in order to have my Credit run and then I was told that if we decide to change our mind and found somewhere else to live because we weren’t able to see this apartment they would keep the 250 Extra that we had to pay on top of the $45 per person application fee Edgewater never showed us the apartment but trie

This place is disgusting. I lived here for a year but I was ready to leave within two months. It looks nice because you see the view but this place is a complete nightmare. It’s infested with roaches and centipedes and mice as well. The washer and dryer barely worked and they increased the price. When you ask for things to be fixed they just do a patch job. The tub backs up with sewage at least once a month. I could go on, please stay away.

Been living here for over a yr with my wife, 2 kids and a cat. We all like it here. Any issues we had, they were quickly to resolve it. I do like the view and the fact there's 2 balconies and storage
