Eldorado Court Apartments

I wanted to move in rather quickly and Sam was right there when I needed her! Eldorado management and maintenance continue to assist with my needs in a timely, professional manner. I recommend Eldorado your new home!

I've been renting with eldorado courts apartments for 5years now. And it's been by far the experience I've had in my years for renting. I don't see me and my family leaving from here. I love the place and the staff are always on point when you bring up a concern. I definitely want to thank Sam for all her help when ever I have question or a concern .And I love how they include the children around all holidays. It brings everyone together to get to know our neighbors. I would definitely recommend family and friends to rent here.

The office staff is amazing and the area is decent but the higher ups don’t care what so ever about the state of the building. There are indeed rodents, dirty hallways, dumpster overflowing issues, and a short staff on maintenance which means requests will go unanswered for the most part. Before the rent went up it was almost worth the money to deal with the quirks but not at the current asking price.

I feel the Eldorado county apartments are a great value. The officer staff is top notch always there for you. The maintenance department is always there for your needs.. I am very happy I moved into the apartment and hop to stay there for a long time I would highly recommend anyone to stay here

The townhouse we moved into is nice, community is quiet and there’s a good amount of parking. Trying to get into contact with management is a nightmare. Either they’re on vacation or already scheduled off. You would assume if someone is unavailable, another person from their team can cover. Before moving in, there was not much room for inspecting the apartment since it wasn’t ready until that weekend before move in date. Within 3 days of moving in, we’ve found a few things that should of been fixed prior to us moving in. We’ve emailed the management, also sent In maintenance requests a week ago and have not received a response or any updates yet.
