Lincoln Court Apartments

Worst apartment. There were multiple leaks throughout the years. My mom, WHO IS 79, has paid rent here for about 11 years now. The carpets were SOAKED with water from God knows where. There was one incident when the garbage disposal malfunctioned and ended up in my bedroom closet, on the rug. I asked about having the rugs replaced and they said they could only clean them. I have my 10 year daughter here as well. So both my asthmatic mother and daughter whose lungs aren't developed yet breathing in moldy rugs. Finally after years, Friedman agreed to new carpets only to say the furniture has to be moved. Never offered to accommodate my mom in ANY TYPE OF WAY.

This is a great spot to live at in the delco area. The train station is close by and 95 is right down the street. The office staff is amazing and so helpful. The apartments are very nice and well maintained.

Management is awful here! Unless you call and harass them to handle a problem, they take their good ole time responding to your inquiry. Something is always breaking and they will cheap out whenever they can and tell you they "fixed" whatever issue you called them about.

I parked there in a guest spot, to help a neighbor carry in equip from work automobile to the building nxt door which was her residence but way less accessible & has zero parking options only to get scolded & threatened by the owner & groundskeeper

Never lived here but family lived here a long time ago
