The Preserve at Cypress Gardens

You deserve to live somewhere that has more than a 2 star rating. There are absolutely no commumity amenities. People don't pick up after their dogs (and there aren't any pet waste disposal stations) so have fun dodging poop bombs everywhere. The leasing company put up cameras around the dumpsters to deter people from throwing trash wherever. But bc of their crappy camera placement people still threw trash everywhere. So now they're charging the entire community an extra $100/month instead of just terminating the lease of the offenders like they threatened to do (pics attached, apparently it costs $900+ a month to clean this up 🙄). There's no monthly pest control, and spiders and ant hills are a big problem. It took 2 weeks to have my A/C fixed during the last heatwave and my family and

We’re on our second year here and it does take some adjustment getting used to after living in an apartment complex for 8 years. It’s almost like owning your own home because you don’t have management on top of you every day and as long as you don’t destroy the property or cause problems, you’re good. Major repairs are their responsibility, minor are ours. People need to pay attention to their leases when they sign them regarding all of these things. I have no problem with bugs in doors but pest control does cover issues 4 times a year. We have some amazing neighbors here that look out for each other and are great to talk and hang out with. Others keep to themselves which is fine. We have a few that have no respect for the property or their neighbors and make huge messes at the dumpster an

I lived here a year or so ago and the people that rate this place 5 stars is lying. It’s at best a one star experience, you’ll fix everything yourself, dogs poop everywhere, and a/c goes out often. Honestly I’d save my time and money. Great location though! Ohhhhhh and the trash you can’t forget about the trash!!

Should be ILLEGAL TO LIVE HERE. The worst experience ever, they don’t even have a proper management team or office. If you have an emergency like (the AC OR HEATER) not working, they literally will take a week or more to fix the issue, the water heater was another issue, the installation was so terribly done that basically fried the cables, leaving me with 2 toddlers, a husband and myself 8 months pregnant with NO hot water for a week. The only reason WHY the finally addressed the problem was because I had to call 3 times crying for this, I hate everything about this place, trash all the time, was a terrible place to have kids. Then they decided to hired a “cleaning service to pressure wash the houses” and the water came inside the apartment and ruined my bed sheets with bleach and my kids

If there were negative stars, that’s what would be given. The absolute worse experience ever. They will paint you a pretty picture but after the subpar house is done they will fight you to take care of any issues. In the end you’ll be stuck taking care of it yourself.
