The Preserve at Bannon Lakes by Pulte Homes

We have lived in our home in the Preserve since July 2024. Shortly after moving in we discovered a water leak coming from our vent under the kitchen hood. It took Pulte about three months (roughly) to "fix" the issues because they kept putting a bandaid on the problem. Fast forward to today we had our own inspection done for our 1 year warranty appointment. We also decided on a whim to get a mold inspection. Turns out we have black mold (Stachybotrys) all inside the attic spaces, both of them. It has been almost 1 week since Pulte has found out about the mold from our reports and we still have no direction on how we are going to fix the issue. The community is amazing. We already had our first food truck day. Homes are being built on a consistent basis. Construction is pretty quiet. People are pleasant. Close to I95 and shopping areas as well. Gas stations near by. I'm satisfied.

We bought a quick movein home here and just moved a few weeks ago! Pulte staff did a great job in ensuring the process was smooth from start to finish. From our sales consultant Kelli to the builder, to finance rep Kathy and Kristi and the title company. Builder delivered the house timely as promised and addressed issues that came up during final inspection. Shout out to our building manager Kevin for being so helpful informative and responsive during the whole process! Also for being so kind and patient with us. We are so happy to finally be settled in our new home!

The playground is so disappointing. For how small the yards are they should have an amazing playground at this price point. So disappointed. Saw something I wanted to buy on the quick move ins, but definitely canceling that dream after touring the community and seeing how crappy the playground was. We can only afford a smaller home with a smaller backyard and there are other places with better amenities for the price. When you’re moving somewhere and you don’t know anyone, playgrounds or prime place to meet people who are in similar life stages. So it’s more important than it seems when you’re a newbie from out of town.

I purchased a quick move in home because I loved the neighborhood. My Sales Consultant, Mark, was very helpful and professional. The Construction Manager, Nate, appreciated my concerns, and was very thorough in remedying them. Even after closing, Nate was kind enough to reach out to ensure my move went well. I dealt directly with Pulte for everything from the mortgage to homeowner's insurance and closing. Pulte acted quickly and efficiently to make closing happen within 30 days, as they suggested would be the earliest closing. The community is beautiful, the amenities are great, and so far, the people I have encountered have all been very friendly.
