Based on my experience with the porter team is that they are very professional and look out for your best interest. They are willing to go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and memorable but also a learning experience. The knowledge they possess and the ability to (dumb it down) for people like myself that don’t speak realtor is very helpful and the pipeline of contacts like lending and inspectors Evan down to the small stuff like a plumber or Evan internet provider or a handyman that have gone through the screening process to get the best product for your dollar. I personally give them 10 out of 10 and will and have recommend them to everyone I know. DW
