Madsen did an amazing job bringing our dream of a casita to reality. Meeting with Jeff on day one gave us a good feeling for the project. Planning and execution with Leonard and Bobby was really smooth. Always available to answer questions and give us alternatives. I will say that for a first time dealing with a builder you need to make sure you are invested and watching the process. The key to this partnership was speaking up as soon as there is a question. Madsen brought quality teams in to complete every detail. The build was about 1 month longer than expected but came in under budget. The final walkthrough with Jeff and his team really impressed me. Was there on day one and the final day. Nice job!

I have been so happy with my decision to choose Madsen Homes to build my Parade of Homes home in Rockville. They are very organized, allow me to see all of the details around the scheduling, design choices, etc. They are also good with the attention to detail. I enjoyed the entire process and would definitely choose them again in the future.

Our new home is truly beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. Madsen's entire team went out of thier way to make this process seamless. Considering we were moving from out of state, knowing everything was being addressed removed a lot of the stress. We couldn't be happier with the end result and Madsen's attention to detail. They built a beautiful home for me! They went above and beyond finishing it in a timely manner. They answered my questions and would fix them as quickly as they could. Their color and material choice was carefully and thoughtfully chosen. They added few things I didn’t expect that were great! I loved the floor plan especially one story that worked out so well for my family. They did great on landscaping! The best parts were the picture windows for the amazing view!
