Desert Sage Townhomes

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating for the special circumstance we found ourselves in. The commute to St. George takes about 30 minutes and does take up a lot of gas if you have to go back and forth. The houses themselves are overpriced for the area and the size. There is no "yard". It is a small 8× 15 or area that houses the HVAC unit. They are labeled luxury apartments yet the refrigerator had no water filter and made unusable ice and no water dispenser. There is no pool area or access to one like all of the surrounding developments. Roaches crawled randomly from unknown places despite spraying from the pest control. At some point the unit had been infested with mice as a large amount of mice droppings was discovered behind every drawer, stove, refriger

Love my space and layout of these townhomes on the inside. The fenced in backyard is nice but unusable because neighbors not picking up after their animals. Backyard full of so much dog feces you cannot open any window or doors because of the smell. The constant barking from dogs inside the home behind me is both sad and frustrating. Regretting my decision to extend my lease and looking for options to move on and counting down the months until I can do so.

Our experience started off well and then it went down hill. The management changed and instead of telling us they just stopped responding to emails. No one reinforces the rules. People leave the trash cans out for days and we had beer cans and trash in our front yard always. Internet would go out and not get notified and you are expected to call and get it fixed even though the management is the one with the account since it is paid with the rent. In the end before leaving again management just stopped emailing when I was trying to ask about leaving the keys. Then in the end they kept our deposit and then charged us more on top of that. If I would have know that, I would not have spent days deep cleaning the house. I hate complaining because I'm grateful we had a house to bring our first b
