The Pointe

I leased a three bedroom at the Pointe last May. I love the place! The apartments are very spacious. The kitchen has a beautiful island with a tremendous amount of kitchen space. The appliances are excellent!! Bedrooms are very spacious as well. Both bathrooms are very nice as well especially the showers. The apartment was perfect to entertain family and friends as well. There was alot of parking. The lot and sidewalks are always plowed. Neighbors are all very friendly. Fitness area very convenient. Mike Bliss is an excellent Property Manager. He is always available and customer driven. Maintenance excellent!! You won't regret living here!!

My wife and I relocated to The Pointe on May 1, 2025, and choosing this community has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From day one, we were impressed by how thoughtfully designed our three-bedroom apartment is. The layout feels expansive and inviting, with a seamless flow that makes everyday living comfortable and hosting guests a pleasure. The finishes throughout the apartment feel modern and upscale, especially the high-end appliances and the convenience of having our own washer and dryer right inside the unit. It feels like a private sanctuary, complete with dual sinks, a beautifully designed walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet that offers more than enough room. The Pointe is a wonderful complex, with an excellent staff when needed. I travel for business and have stayed in several places across the country and The Pointe is easily the nicest and most well run complex I have stayed at. I would highly recommend The Pointe or any other Bliss owned and operated property.

My family and I moved into the Pointe on December 1, 2024. We cannot be more pleased with the apartment complex. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has an open floor plan which we love. Michael has been so pleasant and accommodating to us. The appliances are state-of-the -art. The in-unit laundry is very convenient. The master bedroom with a Jack and Jill sink, walk in shower and closet is gorgeous! We love the private balcony. The kitchen area is spacious as well, with a long counter to place bar stools and plenty of cabinets and drawers. The elevator makes it convenient to get to the upper floors. There is a beautiful gym with plenty of exercise equipment on the first floor. The mailboxes are also located on the first floor as well. The building is very secure with
