I’ve had such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of quickly. From the very beginning, the team has been super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It really makes a difference living somewhere where you feel valued and supported. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

This complex is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. It took over a month for them to fix my AC in July, when temperatures then gave me a temp unit that I was not able to turn off or on. There are always at least two things broken, either inside the apartment or around the property, and it takes forever to get anything fixed. Apartments are not inspected between tenants. I moved into a unit with damages and was later charged for them, and I know two other people in different buildings who had the same thing happen. Total scam. Safety is a joke — during football season, drunk people use our parking lot, leave trash everywhere, and come up to your balcony or doors, and management does nothing about it The amenities are terrible, too. I lived here in 2022-2023. The new staff are great, and my issues are mostly with the people whom you will seldom ever see or speak to. I recently received a bill for damages that apparently has not been paid since I moved. I have no prior emails, texts, mail, etc about this bill(even in my junk folder as I was told they probably went there) and neither do any of the previous tenants I met while I lived here, since numerous people have received the same email saying they have a bill, despite PAC having my details to send me this final notice, 8-9 months AFTER I moved out. Along with this, the resident portals locked almost IMMEDIATELY after I moved so I couldn’t log in to see if I had a bill regardless. Did not get my deposit back, instead got a bill 4+ months after moving out for 200$ for "cleaning" when they told me at move out that my deposit would cover it. Paying the bill is another issue, nobody picks up after days of multiple calls. Apartment itself was run down, literal punch dents in the doors and at one point had no hot water for over a week, then no water at all for 3 days. Had to leave the apartment to shower and go to the bathroom. Management changed at one point, when that happened you couldnt even talk to anyone. Actual nightmare even after moving out, go somewhere else, you'll thank me later.

You can see my old review below. It's really sad to see a great place fall apart. A new management company settled in and stopped taking care of propery, amenities, etc. Everything went down hill and they still had the gall to raise prices. (Before change in management for records) The location is great and the amenities are excellent when available. The apartment is a little expensive for what is being offered but the maintenance staff was extremely helpful with whatever issues we had.
