The Pointe

Do not live here. I work with lots of different apartment complexes in Nebraska and Iowa and this complex has the worst maintenance team I have ever experienced. There is also little to no communication with office and maintenance. Most amenities advertised will not work or will break and not get fixed no matter how many times you call and go in to the office.

Since september of this year i have had HVAC problems its now the beginning of november and im still having those same problems over 10 times i have put in maintenance request, called emergency maintenance for after hours, and even had the my whole water heater replaced. 2 WEEKS AGO i had them out here after 3 days of having no heat 2 WEEKS and my heat is now broken again i have a child under 2 and can not get my unit above 68 degrees i have made complaints to lund themself and to the pointe office people themself and NOTHING has changed and NOTHING is getting fixed properly

I thought I would check out the reviews today after hearing from a family member that has lived here for a few months that their laundry list of concerns has not been met. You continually take someone's money but only offer the bare minimum!? Ethics must not be in your repertoire. The bad reviews out weigh the good ones and you would think a reputable company would say to themselves, "Hmmm, what can we do to improve our ratings and make a great living experiance for our tenants. " Maintenance timely maintenance repairs is the answer. Not ignored phone calls, not ignored voicemail, not ignored walk through filled out documentation etc. Strive to be the best, not the worst. If this reaches management shame on you for not pushing your upper management to do better and receive better numbers.

5 stars for the help we got from Mileni Mateo she was very helpful with any questions we had and getting our paperwork done and completed without issue. The apartments are ok but she made sure any issues we had with the unit were quickly addressed.

Please please please when looking at these reviews look at the 1 stars because they aren't lying. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Been here for 8 years. First couple of years weren't bad. There communication is terrible. You get a piece of paper the day before they are coming into your apartment to do the furnice filter and check smoke detectors. I work 12 hour shifts so I either don't see it because I don't leave the apartment everyday or I get it at around 8 p.m. One of the times they checked the smoke detectors, the day after someone was knocking on my door and just entered because I wasn't expecting anyone, mind you they did not give me a heads up they were coming to replace one of the smoke detectors from the check the day prior.
