I loveeeeee this place it’s the best! I currently live here and it’s amazing 🤩! Thank you for being there if something is broken. You guys are the best!!!!! Also the pool is very high maintenance. Love hanging out there on the hot summer days. It actually opens this weekend! I live here with my best friend and we love the people! So kind. These apartments come with a washer and dryer, a garage, a pantry, and if you have a two or three bedroom you get two fully sized bathrooms! ☀️☀️☀️👍👍☀️☀️☀️👍👍💗💗💗💗

Almost into July and still not able to use the pool, not the first year. Last year it was open for maybe a week then shut down without any reasons, pretty sure we haven't had a summer with the pool fully open since before COVID. Again no property manager so no one in the office again. It's ridiculous our rent went up and again no pool for my kids to use. Come on get it together Cimmaron Edit July 2025 Went out of town for only 2 days to discover the pool closed AGAIN this time its been closed for a week. Nothing told to residents, just a sign "pool temporarily closed" call the office and of course no one answers and no call backs.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to discuss leasing an apartment with absolutely no luck. I have sent multiple online inquiries, left multiple voice-mails with the leasing office, and I have even called the corporate headquarters 3 times and left messages. No one has called me back. I stopped by the leasing office 3 times and no one is ever there. There was a sign that said be back by 9:30 am and it was after 3:00 pm. I am very interested in this property, but the service is awful. If you need a reliable on-site property manager, please let me know.

I wouldn’t let all the bad reviews discourage you. I lived here along with four people I know that all agreed to like it here. I moved in when they where built and lived here for 5 years with my daughter and husband. The school district is amazing. Of course there are children running around and the normal annoyance of any apt. Never seemed unsafe. I read people say they are cheap but we never felt that way. For the price we loved the quality. They were spacious and clean. Never had problems with dog poop, unclean parks ext. The staff at the time was awful. Jessica was always very unpleasant. She no longer is there. I have called many times with the new staff and had nothing but pleasant talks. Of course they are busy and do not normally call back. The reason being they are very busy from

Terrible property and poorly managed and highly inconsistent in all areas. Throughout the years, we have had multiple office staff and even no staff at one point. Upon move out, they will attempt to charge for normal wear and tear as damage. They replaced an entire refrigerator for a finger nail size crack on plastic (I never saw this while living there) that didn't impact the functioning of the shelf. The previous maintenance man Shaun was great at his job and even assured me I wouldn't have issues at move out because he knew I kept my apartment in good condition. Also, I was informed the new maintenance man is now living/sleeping in my previous unit rather than the apartment being leased to new residents.
