There are good neighbors, but when you enter the apartment , no one will hand it over to you, and when you leave, they will take the deposit you deposited before renting and add a little tip. In short, the deposit does not return to me, the tenant.

Harrison Hills is a wonderful place to live. I lived at HH for a year lease and absolutely loved it! I had to move due to family commitments and a job change, but I recommend HH to anyone who is looking for a great place to rent. Everyone on the front office team (especially Jodi & Emily) and the maintenance team was very warm, welcoming, and sweet! They were always super quick to get back to you and always willing to offer a hand if you ever needed anything! Thank you guys for giving me a wonderful home for the last year! :)

This was the first place I moved into when I came to the U.S., and I never wanted to leave. As a foreigner, I was a bit nervous at first, but this place has always been welcoming, clean, safe, and just awesome all around. It truly feels like home.

I had the wonderful experience of living at Harrison Hills for several years. The management was extremely courteous and very friendly. The maintenance staff was incredible!!! You never had to wait to get any issue addressed and it was usually fixed within 24 hours. Outstanding living experience!!!

I called Harrison Hills 1/8/2026 for information. The leasing agent answered with no introduction but asked me first if | was a business I had never heard of. This threw me off quite a bit, l have never been asked this when calling any business. I asked what the security deposit, application fee and administrative fee was. She rudely cut me off and asked me if she could call me back because she was busy with someone. I was interested in moving in but after this conversation I will look elsewhere. Feel like I dodged a bullet!
