I absolutely love my studio apartment and how it’s nice, quiet and safe I have been in since I’ve lived here. I love Mrs Kristy Gentry, She’s a great apartment manager and very nice and helpful.

Very unprofessional. Arielle is very very very unprofessional. She gives 0 eye contact. She does not let you finish your sentences before she talks. When I viewed the 2 bedroom apartment she was on her phone the whole time while I was viewing. If I didn’t ask questions she didn’t talk. When I called to check on my application she told me very rudely that when she get around to the applications she will give me a call. She sounds dry and it’s like a -10 bad. I called to let the manager know what I’ve experienced and she was like o.k.a.y? I knew then to just call it quits and keep looking at other places. She also said there was a waiting list all of a sudden but apartments was available before I brought to her attention what I’ve experienced with her leasing agent . I asked her well why wa

I have been here almost a year with no major issues. I like that it is small and gated. As of this day I feel safe and comfortable here. Property management can be more friendly. Maintenance is helpful. I do think they need another dumpster though. There will be issues but they tend to resolve them.

Please be aware!!! They have you to apply and pay the application fees knowing they DO NOT have any available units. Then when you inquire they continue to lie about it. They are making money off of application fees. When we visited the property and toured the facilities she stated they had available units, and showed us the unit we would be leasing. Once I was approved (which I knew wasn't a problem) I called and asked what was the next step. She stated there were no units available. I spoke with someone else that had applied and they were told the same thing. The excuse was we have a lot of people applying. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH APPLICATION FEES. I WIL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB!
