The Pointe at Five Oaks

I have lived at The Pointe at Five Oaks for 8 years and have been very happy here! The Office staff is amazing especially Hannah Wilson, she is very approachable and cares very much about us Residents! Maintenance requests are usually completed in a timely manner, the guys are great! The location of the Property is convenient to Downtown Lebanon! The Apartments are modern and spacious. Just overall a very friendly place to live!

Very happy with my one bedroom apt. I have only been here for 6 months, but it's been great so far. Staff is helpful, maintenance is prompt, friendly, and efficient, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The only improvement I would make is the landscaping around our building. Some buildings have flowering plants and bushes but ours does not. But other than that, I would highly recommend this community for anyone wanting comfort, security, and decent rent.

I moved here hopeful for a fresh start after escaping an abusive marriage. Sadly, my experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. The issues began when a family member mistakenly reported two rent payments as fraud—the charge appeared under the LLC name, not the complex name. Even after explaining this was an honest misunderstanding, management revoked my ability to pay online altogether, including via my bank account, which had never been disputed. Now, I'm forced to drive five hours round-trip each month to pay with a cashier's check, and because of this, I’m often charged an additional $159 in late fees—on top of the numerous fees already charged monthly. The apartment itself is also unfit for peaceful living. My unit is next to the elevator, which loudly recalibrates

Hannah and Tevin has litterally been the best helpers with giving me a smooth move in . This was my first time ever living on my own and was SUPER nervous they both helped stepped by step answered fone after hours for many questions i had never got rude or anything always genuinely helping. Pleasee if anyways possible they deserve every thing in this work field thats is great for there on good it takes a lot to deal with many personalities and they are wonderful. Also i always have tevin help me sign money orders and helps everytime without asking due to him knowing i have high anxiety and dont want to mess up anything ! Hands down the best employees yall could wver have here at Five Oaks 🥰🫶🏾

We really enjoyed our time at The Pointe at Five Oaks. We love the gyms and pool, and our apartment was so cozy and nice. Everything was so clean, and we never had any issues with pests or mold, etc. The office staff were always so nice and accommodating. They plan small events each month, and we enjoyed those as well! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place!
