The Pointe at 2316

I LOVE working with Shai! The Pointe has been so good to me and I love taking care of their property for them. First trees and now gutters! They’re so honest and respectful and personable. My partner and I just moved in a few months ago and have absolutely loved living here so far. The apartments are super cute and if you are on the bottom floor you even have your own backyard. Shai in the office is really great to work with and has been so welcoming! The community is really wonderful and the entire complex is so well taken care of.

I have been a tenant at this beautiful apartment complex for 4 years and still feel so pleased that I found it. A large part of the allure has been the very warm and gracious manager, Shai. She will always find the time to listen to your complaints or just have a personal conversation with you. She even makes my dog feel special!

Went to visit old friend. Complex is very peaceful was told staff is very nice and the man who does maintenance will go above and beyond. Great to hear my friend found a happy place to live!

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom this past October and we absolutely love it! Shai, the office manager, has been so incredibly accommodating since the day we applied for the apartment. She is so easy to communicate with and made our move in experience very pleasant. The property is very well taken care of, and we haven’t had a single issue with any neighbors. The apartment itself is very nice, we were eligible for an upgrade and had wooden floors put in and stainless steel appliances installed! The bedroom is also very spacious, and we love the little yard we have out back. Because we chose the upgrade option, Shai offered us a second parking spot instead of the usual one spot garage, which works out perfect for us because we both work pretty late.
