Geoff did an amazing job with a tight timeline where other mortgage brokers said I didn’t qualify or gave me worse terms. Two mortgage brokers gave me preapproval for a home purchase and we had an offer accepted with a 30 day escrow. I had a recent change in employment status (for the better) and was awaiting some tax documents from the prior year. One of the mortgage brokers backed out. The other broker (referred by my realtor, big mistake) said he would get an exception and everything would be fine. I would have to call this broker or his assistant multiple times to get answers and he strung me along.
