Alta O'side

VETERANS, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! First off, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Alta O’side has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing housing experiences my family has ever had. Management refused to offer any financial relief after mold was clearly present in our unit and water intrusion required drywall to be cut open. Despite visible mold on the walls and maintenance acknowledging the issue, management had the audacity to claim the unit was still “habitable.” To make matters worse, they tried to frame their response as a “kind gesture” by offering us a model unit temporarily — only to place us in a unit where the washer was broken. Then, during the mold and water intrusion repairs back in our original unit, they damaged our washer as well, creating yet another problem

I love living here!!! This was the best decision I made, I cant believe it has already been one year. I am renewing my lease and never want to leave. The property is gorgeous and the staff is second to none, especially Deborah!! She went above and beyond during my move in and still is so helpful one year later! Seriously the best!!!

Michelle Martin has been nothing but amazing. She is prompt, consistent and move with urgency for her residents. She made my transition as smooth as possible during a very difficult time. Her communication was excellent and she was very attentive to my needs and request. I hope the owners and Greystar property owners as a whole could see what she does and how hard she works for her residents and give this property more resources to better serve the residents as a whole. I see how many directions the staff is pulled in and every time I see Michelle she is running in every direction to handle an issue at the property.

So far it’s been great! We have so much fun at their events! They celebrate the Alta O’side community by bringing us all together to break the ice over some cocktails, tasty food and good people! The most recent Valentines event was so great, saw some familiar faces and met a few new friends too!

My experience at this apartment community has been excellent, and a big part of that is thanks to Michelle, Ramon and the crew. All of them have shown a high level of professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. Michelle made everything smooth and stress-free with her clear communication and welcoming personality, while Ramon handled every maintenance request quickly and with great attention to detail. Their teamwork and dedication truly set this place apart. I appreciate the outstanding service they provide every day.
