Vintage Pointe Senior Apartments | Affordable Apartments 62+

I love living at Vintage Pointe 1 and our manager is great and maintenance. Roberta and Marcos keep this place looking so clean and beautiful. We have new wood, fresh paint, roses and new flower gardens. I enjoy the clubhouse as I get to be with friends, drink coffee, tea, eat cake and cookies. We are pretty lucky here and we have the beach and tons of cool shops around us. Oh yeah and BINGO we love our BINGO!!!

My apartment is so cute and I am so glad to come back to Oceanside in comparison to Memphis, Tennessee. Roberta and Marco makes sure to this place clean and it's so organized. Im very impressed and happy 😊 plus it's near the BEACH!!!

The manager Roberta Arredondo is very helpful and friendly! I love that she keeps her door open and is easy going but professional with a big smile. Marco is a great maintenance and is nice to be around when he is doing my work orders. The property is next to the beach ⛱️ and a SUPER COOL 😎 place to live!

I just love living here as Roberta our manager is so kind and I think she is very popular even though there are some grouchy old people here she handles us all with love and care. I love the handrails and being close to the beach. The parties in the clubhouse are fun and I feel safe here with lots of friends. Also Marco the maintenance is so prompt and does a great job fixing everything. I can cry happy tears thinking about how good God has been to me for allowing me to live here!!!

Vintage Pointe is an awesome place and maintenance was wonderful. I love that it is quiet and everything is well maintained. Roberta is very helpful and explains things in detail with a smile!
