The Pointe Apartments

Bad customer service Emergencies not treated as emergencies. We were flooding on a sunny day and no one bother to come for two hours. Management doesn’t care but they’ll fine you pretty quick if you don’t pay rent. New management? Don’t see the difference. Too bad we can’t give zero stars.

I have to be honest when i moved into these apartments when it was summer 2013 these apartments where nice for the first like 3 or 4 months but after that people started treating these apartments like s*** like trash was starting to be on the floor we lost maybe a good staff i don't really know but it got bad like now people play there music loud maybe around like 11 12 clock people break windows and stuff then their to stupid to put wood over the glass one thing that is nasty to me is that i see them that they use same appliances that look like there ten years old but i was lucky when i moved here because all of my apppliances where new accept the bath tub there would be kids all over the place the pools where never open since i lived here the workers are to lazy to work on are stuff and

They don't fix anything and if u complain they put u on a black list. Half the apartments are empty and sometimes homeless people live in them. Parking lot is destroyed and ugly. It's like living in a 3rd world country

I have had an amazing experience at The Pointe. From the moment we first toured the complex, The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always making sure that any concerns are addressed promptly. Thanks to Naomi for giving us a tour and helping us out Thank you so much!

Worst apartments ever theirs no water and when their is water then theirs no hot water now theirs no power and the office no one answers and no one their this place is horrible the conditions here and the staff are 3rd world class never rent here no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!
