The Point at Weymouth

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at The Point at Weymouth. From the very beginning, the office staff Andrea and Holli have been nothing but friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to answer questions, make the move-in process smooth, and always greet you with a smile. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and work hard to create a welcoming community. I have been here a year now and they still treat me just as well as they did when I came to tour. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They are quick to respond, efficient, and always courteous when handling requests. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve addressed the issue promptly and made sure everything was done right. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that I can count

The Point at Weymouth is a very a nice and quiet place to live. My husband and I just moved in so far we really like it, and we're about to enjoy it. When you are inside of your space, it seems like no body else lives there, just only you because nobody bothered you, and everyone respect each other peace as deserve. Also I want to say thank you to Andrea for her empress desire to help and makes my moving in very quick. Very good management 👏 👌

UPDATE 3/21/25: The Point has suddenly ended valet trash service, one of the few amenities still available to residents. Despite premium rents, living conditions continue to decline. My experience living at this apartment complex has been far from satisfactory, especially under the new management. The new team made some efforts, as expected, to freshen things up when they first took over, but they appear to lack a fundamental grasp of basic cleanliness standards. There are multiple piles of dog waste found outside the building on a daily basis. Littered trash is a constant problem on the property. I've had to submit multiple requests for dead rodents and other hazards, like broken glass and rusted hardware, to be cleaned up after they've been left unattended for days in areas that should

I've been living at The Point at Weymouth for over a year now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my lifestyle. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the spacious, bright apartments—my two-bedroom unit feels airy and modern, with large closets that actually provide plenty of storage space and sleek stainless steel appliances that make cooking a joy. The layouts are thoughtfully designed, maximizing natural light and comfort. What really sets this place apart are the amenities. The rooftop social spaces are perfect for unwinding after a long day, with stunning views and cozy seating that encourages community vibes. I love living here! The office staff is very nice and friendly. The maintenance guys are so great they’re always so accommodating. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I like that they give us little treats every couple of weeks.
