I moved into these apartments about a month ago and can certainly say I would NOT recommend. While the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, the company policies are horrible. Since moving in, my car has been side swiped in the parking lot; the building does not have ANY cameras in the lot. I find this incredible given how much one pays to live here. I also pay extra to have a reserved parking spot which has been taken on multiple occasions since moving in. The company policies state you must wait a minimum of 24 hours before towing. They also do not give any reduction in the amount of parking paid for being out of a spot. I have only been here a month and dread what else is to come.
I have lived here for 11 months and I was very impressed when they showed it to me. The apartment is quiet no outside noise from neighbors. The dumpster was broken several times and there was a giant eye sore dropped off that you had to throw the trash in. The biggest issue I had was the terrible job of snow removal. We had a significant storm and it was virtually impossible to get your car out unless you shoveled it yourself the parking lot was an absolute disaster. I was told the plow truck guy broke down and they were trying to find someone else. That is not acceptable for a community this large maybe they’re trying to save money but I don’t understand I’m paying $2800 for a one bedroom apartment. Needless to say I will be moving out at the end of my lease do not recommend this place at
I've lived here since they opened up and have loved everything about this community. The staff is amazing and super helpful and the amenities are always clean. Just signed my renewal and can't wait to live here for another year!
I'm among the first groups of residents moving into this new apartment building. Below are the pros and cons and unfortunately due to all the cons I've moved out. Pros: 1. The design of the apartment unit is pretty good, with pretty sufficient storage room. 2. The gym is good, air always fresh and sufficient equipment. 3. Free parking, which makes sense due to the location of the building. 4. Maintenance is usually very fast. Cons: 1. The move-in requires additional attention. I have the discount and one-month free. But the leasing office kept messing up the monthly fee. I had to call several times to get the right amount on my final lease. 2. My unit is on the top floor. Unfortunately they have the HVAC equipments on the rooftop, making huge noise day and night. 3. Leasing office is unr
I would rate this place a zero if I could. There has been multiple arrests of residents through out the year. Most recently was my next door neighbor for drug trafficking. Any time a resident has been arrested the front office tries to hide it like it didn’t happen. The front office is basically useless in my opinion. I put multiple noise complaints about my neighbor (the one that was arrested) and they never did anything to fix it. The only reason I knew about the arrest of my neighbor was because the police came knocking at my door. When I went to confront the front office about it their only response to the whole situation was that they wish the police didn’t go knocking on my door without them knowing. They tried to assure me I was safe but I obviously didn’t believe them and moved out
