I have used Mike Clancy to sell a condo and a house for me. Both experiences were exceptional. The condo sold at the first open house at asking price. The sale went off without a hitch. The house was an older house that could have used a remodel. Mike was able to sell the house within a month and was able to negotiate the terms where the buyer waived the right to a home inspection. This saved time and the possibility of the sale falling through due to issues that might have arisen due to the age of the home.
