Kayla is an amazing property manager and is quick with responses to this emergencies. Holden is very quick and fast pace with responding to work orders. And he always makes sure he follows on things. Moving to Renew Weymouth is the best thing I could have done.

I have been living here for a year and have had wonderful experiences here. The other tenants in the building are friendly and helpful. Kayla has been amazing. She is great with responding to emails. She will make her self available to meet with you if need to communicate with her in person. She is understanding when we may have an issue. Holden is also an amazing asset to the building. When there is a maintenance issue, Holden will make sure it is addressed as promptly as it can be. There was no hesitation when renewing my lease. I couldn't be happier to live here.

Kayla L. the Multi-Site Community Manager was an amazing help. While trying to apply I ran into a few walls and Kayla was very quick to respond with solutions! I managed to apply, get approved and sign a lease all within a few days with Kayla's help.

Everything about this move was smooth and convenient! I worked directly with Kayla and from our first email exchange until move in day, she was beyond communicative and an open book. I felt I was in good hands and the overall place seems great! Maintenance is responsive and on top of things as well. It's clean and in a great area. There's a baseball field and playground right outside for my kids! Parking lot is off the main road, making it safer. Overall we are happy!

Kayla and Holdens at the Renew Weymouth property are amazing! Even when they are not physically on property, Kayla is very active via email. Holden and her make sure all work orders are done on a timely manner and they are helpful to figure out the best times that work for me and my complex work schedule. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and have not regretted it a bit! Thanks, Kayla and Holdens!
