The Point at Waltham

We have been living at The Point at Waltham for the last 2+years, and it truly stands out as a top-tier, modern luxury community. The amenities are exceptional—fireside lounges, a pet spa, a full fitness center, playground, coworking space, conference room, planned social activities, intercom access, garage parking, and extra storage. The resort-style pool, coffee and community lounge, private gated garage, and on-site management and maintenance make the property feel like a true home. A special mention goes to Scott Violette, the Assistant Property Manager. Scott has been outstanding—professional, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always available to assist. His commitment to the residents makes a real difference. Highly recommend The Point at Waltham!

I can't stress enough how much our tour with Scott sold us on this place, and as I sit here on move-in day, I could not be happier. The place is gorgeous, but more importantly to me, Scott and everyone else at the Point have gone above and beyond at each step. That's the service and attention to detail you expect in a luxury apartment, and you all provided it and then some. I would go on for a while about how happy I am that we came to live here, but it's move-in day, and I'm anxious to relax in our new home!

My family and I have been living at The Point for over two years now, and we’ve truly enjoyed our experience here. From the start, Scott has been incredibly welcoming, and the entire management team has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. They’re always pleasant, attentive, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. We love the space and layout of our apartment, and our summers have been filled with great memories by the pool. There’s a strong sense of community here very diverse , and we’ve really appreciated the friendships we’ve built with our neighbors. It’s also a very quiet and peaceful place to live, which has made it feel even more like home.

As the child of a resident, I feel comfortable sharing my perspective on this community. My parent has lived here for several years, through different management teams, and overall it has remained a professionally managed, well-maintained, and safe place to live. Like any community, there are always challenges, but what matters most is how they’re handled. From what I’ve seen, the staff works hard to keep the property clean, address concerns, and maintain a peaceful environment for residents. What I find interesting is seeing negative reviews from people who have lived here for years yet continue to stay while constantly complaining.
