Before signing the lease, I specifically asked the leasing agent, Nirma, about noise concerns. I was told there was only “normal apartment noise.” Unfortunately, that information was not accurate. Since moving in, we have experienced severe and constant noise disturbances from the apartment above our bedroom. This includes extremely loud stomping at all hours of the night, rolling furniture/chair noise, excessive creaking and crackling of the flooring, and clearly audible intimate activity along with the bed knocking. This is not occasional noise — it is frequent, intrusive, and unavoidable. What makes this especially difficult is that this is low-frequency, vibration-based noise, not something you can easily tune out. The vibrations travel through the ceiling and walls and are physical

I had a wonderful experience at this complex. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The facilities are organized and thoughtfully designed, which made my time here both comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff — they were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant environment. Excellent staff, excellent complex!

I recently moved in to the complex and so far I am happy with the complex and unit. Prices are fair and apartments are spacious for the area. They were quick to correct any issues in the unit upon move in. Nirma was my leasing agent and she was wonderful with touring and getting me moved in to the complex. She was very helpful with answering any questions as well.

So many issues here. - Overpriced, $1000 more than it should be - Outdated units with ugly flooring (imagine a sticky gym) - Heating/AC cannot be turned on unless decided by management. It’s fine during the season but horrible in between (ex. AC can be used but not heating during the fall) - Bad location relative to metro stops (or anything really, except for IAD) - Rodents can be seen in parking lot and hallways - Thin walls. You’ll be able to hear neighbors watching TV, and it will cause your vents to shake and make rattling noises. - Management is nice enough but there will be times where they just forget or don’t do what you ask. Stay away.

This apartment complex is really cute and special. I’m seriously so happy with everything and everyone. They’ve been very helpful from the moment I moved in. Nirma was so incredibly kind while showing me around, and she was a big reason why I decided to live there because of how warm and welcoming she was. Josh was also very kind and helped me with a few things on my first day moving in. The apartment itself is clean and well kept, and I love the layout. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue, they’ve been on it right away or communicated that they’re working on it. The neighborhood is very calm and quaint with many families around, which I love. It’s also very close to everything and has whatever I need within 5 mins. I’m so happy I found this place!
