We love it here it’s quite and peaceful, no drama, no Loud music , no smoking, no drugs, no cigarettes, no assentive abuse, fights, arguments, disturbances, disturbance of the peace, no violence, no one making threats here as well as hateful and judgments of other neighbors here, all friendly recommended if u live here, u and yoir family and kids would love it here, th landscape is nice here, the landlords, the maintenance guys and as well everyone here does there own things and minds there own business and not get into other peoples businesses . Etc. overall its very nice and quiet community and complex. Theres no trash on the floor no litter and no pollution or the quality of bad polluted airflow outside . We just moved in on August 4th over this summer and we r still brand new. And we

I moved in last year and absolutely love living here. The units are spacious and provide all necessary standard amenities for a comfortable, well-maintained living space. The property is well managed and clean. This is a quiet and peaceful community. A great place to call "home."

Here is my view of this place. We all agree that it is a great place and even though I never lived there I was shocked that they did not accept my application because I m not citizen and I have a social written on it “only for work authorization” but I’m a permanent resident and my wife is citizen. They would not accept my wife application only because I have to be listed to as a tenant which I understand but this is shocking. We are honest workers and part of this country. This statement on my social doesn’t define me or is not suppose to block my ability to rent a place.

After living here several months, this is why it is a 5 star community...1. I have had no issues with the apartment (new construction) 2. Ample Parking (Great for inviting friends and family over) 3. Friendliest of staff (Always polite and helpful) 4. Energy efficient. (G&E bill consistantly under $100 month) 5. Looking forward to the community garden. If you ask yourself what you hate about where you live now, you most likely wont have that issue here. Bonus* tankless water heaters....amazing for taking a shower or bath.
