I can't in good conscience give anything but one star. I have lived here for a year and regret it all the time. Maintenance is not prompt, and there are random issues like water or electricity going out. Apartments look nice but are shoddily made and not maintained. Your rent will go up by at least 200-300 dollars if you sign a second lease, no matter what. Facilities like the pool and exercise room are not maintained either. Of the 5 cardio machines, only 2 function properly. I could go on with many other complaints, and for the exploitative price, this is just unacceptable.

Lived here for 2 years, wonderful time being there! Bernadeta is an amazing property manager, very responsive and gets things done! The property is quiet , neighbors are awesome! Very clean and premises are emasculate in terms of being maintained! Very centric, close to rt 1 (shopping) and 15 min from Tpk. 10 minutes from train. Dog park is great! Wonderful pool in summer w/ life guard! Theres a gym with good machines! Theres a tennis court + playground ! The walking trail is amazing! Definitely worth it!! Not a single regret!

I live in an apartment complex, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the management. Whenever I have an issue, they never provide any solutions. For about 1-2 weeks, we lived with a leaking ceiling, and they never responded or came to fix it. The leaking ceiling ruined my furniture. My door also got swollen due to water leakage, and I asked them to fix it, but it takes them so long to respond that I gave up trying. On top of that, just a day ago, there was a leak from my sink. I called the site management multiple times, but again, they did not come. I had to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed. It was a waste of my money and time. Horrible apartment complex, countless issues. Had roof collapse twice due to a water leak and maintenance responds by saying it’s because the person upstairs with the most unprofessional excuses. They do temporary fixes such as putting a garbage bag for a week until someone actually fixes the roof. Hasn’t been a year and roof collapsed twice, even a leak in the balcony door. They also do not consider these emergencies either. Consider another place first before being disappointed they also don’t take any accountability, the managing office doesn’t even get back to you to apologize for the issues, been to way better places, don’t throw your money away here. I had a great peaceful time staying in Deer Creek. Tennis court, gym, and pool will keep you fit if you use them :) The walking trail is an add-on. Kelly and Brianna were very helpful and they were super fast in assisting. Sometimes status of the apartments is determined by Front staff - and both of them are really amazing! They have a very positive vibe and energy - a shoutout to them!
