I’ve lived here for less than 2–3 weeks, and unfortunately my experience has already been very disappointing. I’m writing this review to share specific issues that new residents should be aware of before applying. The heating system does not properly warm the unit. While the thermostat can be set up to 78, the heat does not adequately reach the bedroom, leaving the room consistently cold. This is a comfort and livability issue that should have been addressed before move-in. The unit also did not appear to be properly prepared for a new tenant. The carpet was clearly not replaced, as there was a visible yellow stain present upon move-in. This is a very, vastly different experience from my previous landlords, which have left me feeling left in the dark or to just worry about myself in the past. I've been living in this community for over a year and a half, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Many of my friends and co-workers have also chosen to live here, which speaks volumes about its reputation. The neighborhood is one of the safest and cleanest in the area, offering peace of mind and a pleasant environment every day. The office staff is consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Urgent maintenance issues are typically resolved within the hour, and non-urgent requests are handled within half a day—an impressive turnaround that reflects their commitment to resident satisfaction. Management is highly attentive to the upkeep and regular updates of all common areas, ensuring they remain clean, functional, and welcoming.

Went to do a wellness check on family today 1/26. Half shovelled walkways. Staircases and 2nd and 3rd landings are not shoveled. I mean these services are included in the rent but they fail to perform these basic tasks. Unacceptable Quail Ridge and Mr. Jared Kushner Update: Visited again today 1/29 and what a difference! Parking spots were cleared, salt was applied to landings and steps. Not sure why it took so long but at least it got done. Please be advised I am not a resident and this is my only complaint as someone who frequently visits family on this property.

Management’s attitude toward the HVAC system in the one-bedroom apartment was extremely frustrating—they assumed that as long as the unit was running, it was working properly. Even after I reported that the system failed to heat or cool the apartment, my concerns were dismissed simply because the fan was on. There was no real inspection or effort to determine whether the system was functioning efficiently. This careless approach left me stuck with an HVAC unit that wasted energy, drove up utility bills, and still failed to keep the apartment comfortable.
