Was able to break the lease do to it being haunted and not telling us two kids had hurt themselves in them

Beware...Lived here 6 years roughly. Started out very nice, calm, pretty quiet an then went down hill as the years went by. The property is decent if you just need a roof over your head but they do have their fair share of issues! It can get VERY NOISY so you may want to consider that if you like peace. Roaches, rats, and termites may visit you more than you'd like. Maintenance will come when they see fit no matter what (patch up work most of the time). Management changed 4 times during my stay an it only got worse. Rent price does NOT match the quality of the complex. Pool will open occasionally but it's always overcrowded and left filthy! Wash room is decent when all equipment is working. Your safety is NOT guaranteed! Gate is sometimes left open. People will hop the fence , or break it

It started out okay but as time went on, the quality went down unfortunately. I lived here for 2 years. PROS: The apartments are spacious. It's close to a school so it's ideal if you have children. Prices are decent enough if you're looking for affordability. CONS: They took out the large trash cans which is so disgusting and makes it hard to stay clean. They do pest control but it doesn't work. My apartment was infested with roaches and it was overwhelming. I would clean and clean and it wouldn't do any good. I gave up. Gate kept breaking, which allowed drivers to use the 2nd gate and cause problems- they'd honk at you even though they're in the wrong. It's a pretty decent place, I won't lie. Very close to my job. But for some reason, Building I always loses hot water for days at a time every other month and it's ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst management you could possibly deal with, with sewage and roach issues. Professional con artists in all honesty. They lie about fees and charges, they give out false information when it comes to speaking to the regional manager about issues in the complex. Maintenance men don’t fix anything, they wait until you move to do their job. I think one stole from me in all honesty. Don’t even waste your time renting here, you’re better off somewhere else.
