The Pines at Manhattan

I just love the office manager Ms. Sharima. It’s a great location, and since she’s been there, the community has really improved, from the appearance, to special attention to the tenants needs. My mom feels good knowing that, she has an office manager that cares.

It’s a decent place to live at for first timers! Been in here 3 years and i can say I only enjoyed the first year!! These last past 2 years been hell!! The plumbing is an BIG ISSUE!!!! When upstairs flushes their toilets and showers it comes up in my tub!! Every time I call’s office phone , I get no answer and when i go to the office.. I always get the run around. Like why you ain’t called, maintenance on their way to you.. but never shows until next day!! BATHROOM WAS MESSED UP FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND I DIDNT GET NO APOLOGY NO DISCOUNT NO NOTHING…and guess what it’s messed up again and no one’s answering the phone!!it’s sad!!!We pay 705 every month on time and have to live like this!!!

Who owns these apartments. My sons apartment is mold and mildew infested. He hasn't had AC in almost a month. The mold is black and I've called the leasing office it states they are open but never call back or anything. On the phone line it says the leasing office is open but the blinds are closed and no one is there to help this is an inhabitial place to live.

The officer manager is rude and never answers the phone. My family and I have been staying here for less than a year and our second bedroom ceiling leaks when it rains, master bathroom toilet has not worked in nine months and our refrigerator does not work all that well. The Officer Manager, Gabby, always says she'll get someone to come out and fix it, but its been 9 months and nothing has been fixed. Aside from these problems, the apartment has well enough space and very quiet. I strongly would not recommend these apartments however, please save your money and go elsewhere.

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed in ! A total waste of money ! The office manager is rude , lazy , and very unprofessional! They never fix anything and it's always I'll send somebody out ! My air has not worked properly since I moved in February 10th 2017 , it went out February 17 2017 and is still out and it's now August ! When I first moved in I was without a stove for 3 months ! Finally got a stove in from another apartment (after being told they "ordered" me one) the stove came in , in May ! My toilet in my master bedroom does not work and there is a huge hole in my front room window !
