how do you get hold on someone here?. all of there wed sites and numbers are down plus no responses on emails.

I lived there in April 2023, from the start I didn’t feel comfortable. Within hours of me living there the air conditioner went out it took the maintenance man days to fix it and even after then it still wasn’t working and they claimed it to be new. Me and my spouse went all the way till June 9 without air conditioning after I had to call a company out to fix it for over $200. They talk to Jameka and the maintenance man and he informed them what he found and it was including having mold. Weeks later after I had got off work at 1am my neighbor claimed I pulled a gun on him and before getting our side of the story we was given till the end of the month to move. I've lived here 2yrs, it was a lil bumpy when I first moved in because of manager Timothy, but after he was replaced everything became smooth. I didn't really have any problems until the rat infestation started. I reported it and they sent maintenance out with tomcat, which didn't work, I ended up having to go out and buy traps, but they kept coming, and the thing is we pay an exterminator fee included in rent. I asked my neighbors if they were having the same problem and they all said yes! Okay place to stay if you don't mind having mice and rats!

This apartment complex has nice apartments but the time it takes for the staff there to fix MAJOR problems is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They definately need to provide more timely and effective service to their complaints and service issues being reported by paying tenants. I would the the apartments if problems and major issues would be tended to and completely and properly fixed.

My window broke today and i don’t know how all I heard was glass shatter. I called the on call maintenance guy at 10 something this morning and no one responded. So, about 30 minutes ago, I called again. 10 minutes later, one of the apt managers called Tewun phone telling him that a broken window is not a maintenance emergency when clearly it said that it was on the recording. Then, they’re saying that the only way that they will replace it is if the broken window was their fault. Which, I have been asking these mfs to put a screen on my window since I got the apt. I also have mold in my bedroom and I reported it around October last year and these mfs still haven’t came to see about it.
