90 Day Review - 1. Exterior windows have streaks on them from construction. Ownership refuses to pay or provide a timeframe on cleaning the windows. Beautiful apartment views are ruined. 2. Construction trailer sits out front with a broken axel for the past 3 months and takes parking spaces from residents. No idea when that’s leaving. 3. This place is a literal spider infestation. Hundreds of spiders surround the perimeter of the buildings and hang from the parking garage. My daughter has walked into them dangling in front of doorways. 4. UPS / Amazon is fed up with this place and leave our packages outside in the rain. They can’t access our building lobbies. 5. I don’t know where to begin. If you see this review, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. 1: Black Mold - I reported an issue for black mold in my apartment. It was in the guest room. I was told it would be taken care of and never heard back. Upon moving out, there was more of it. If you talk to others who live there, they have the same issue. 2: Paper Thin Walls/Floors - You can hear a lot from your neighbors. If you’re not on the first floor, people can hear you use the bathroom. Luckily for me, I was on the first floor, but heard everything around me. It always felt like there was no privacy for us because of that. 3: Amenities - We moved in November, 2024 and were told December or January for amenities. Echoing similar reviews, The Phoenix looks nice on the surface but has major underlying issues. 1. Management is terrible. An elevator in building 2 has been broken for three months, without any mention of repairs. There are handicapped people in that building who rely on the elevator. 2. The appliances are cheap, loud, and break easily. 3. Parking is almost impossible unless you wanted to pay $75/month for "garage" parking which is just underneath the building, where pipes burst and spiders are everywhere. 4. Anytime there is adverse weather, it's chaos. If there is heavy rain, the parking lot floods. If there is snow, it doesn't get cleared for until days after the storm has passed. 5. Lauren garda is the craziest leasing consultant I’ve ever met. She convinced me to feel at home the second I got there. I want my dogs, grandchildren, aunt, uncle, third cousin, etc to live here absolutely ! As long as she is the hospitality of the establishment IM THERE! 10/10 customer service! So beautiful too!

I had such a great experience working with the leasing consultant. She was super welcoming from the start and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Any questions I had, she was happy to help and always had a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. I’m so thankful for how smooth she made everything and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. i highly recommend going thru lauren she will get you what you are looking for and works with you. also has the most contagious laugh, can’t wait to move in soon!!
