The Peaks at Country Club

I have been living here for about 3 years and I've had no problems so far. The price is good for all that you get and its in a GREAT area. My only complaint was so many inspections but they haven't did as many this last year. The staff is very friendly and things get done in a timely manner. I plan on renewing my lease another year!

I would have rated it a negative 1. I lived in the peaks of country club Maumelle Ar for 2 yrs. (2017 -recently) after the first year I noticed things started to decline. Children dragging trash. from the apartment down the breezeways to garage dumpster leaving a trail of stink in the breezeways. The dumpster has garbage and trash surrounding them daily. Dogs have no specific place to relieve themselves so the owners allow them to anywhere they choose. Yard sprinklers not turned on via manger to conserve water so the grass and shrubs are slowly dying. The gym equipment is outdated and the computers in the computer room are also. The parking is horrible, anyone is allowed to park in front of the building leaving no spaces for tenant parking and no towing company is associated with thi

First off if I could give it zero stars I would! Now let me tell you about my experience, I have been out here for 4 and a half years and this place is trash like there dumpster and the rent is horrible for this coummunity. They dont come right away to fix any issue and they light's are horrible the kitchen light gets messed up almost every 2 month's and it stays out for about a month and our air conditioning was out for 3 months and it was 86 degrees in the apartment and dont let me start about there plumbing, our toilets get stopped up almost every week and our sinks get stopped up so quickly. I hope you never stay out here.

I have truly fallen in love with the staff and management here.. you to marge D. But Twyla is truly a angel in human form... always willing to assist in whatever it is that you may be going through... simply amazing! Thank you so much!

I've been here for about 2 months and I live on the bottom floor. The neighbors upstairs are up around 3am until the daylight making noise jumping around and hammering things non stop. I've complained before but obviously nothing was done. I just want to live in a peaceful environment and I see I won't get that here.
