Best experience i have had in looking for a home special acknowledgment must go to the Leasing office staff who have been exceptional from my first visit to view the community.Ms Londyn and Ms. Vivienne patiently answered my many questions without a hint of irritation but demonstrated that they do really care. Furthermore My calls and emails were always promptly responded to fully addressing any issue i might have raised Ms.Londyn is a consummate professional and always very courteous polite and helpful This is an environment I would love to move into,………well managed You guys are an asset to your corporate entity thank you very much for such a positive vibe of competence and community management.it is only fair to give credit whergenuinely earned and due and not only criticism Should

I have had several maintenance requests that have not been taken care of as of today. 1. Dishwasher - they said they had to order a new one. 2. The fan in the master bath - they said it needed to be replaced 3. The wholes in the wall in the master bedroom and in the laundry room have not been covered from where they fixed the plumbing in both bathrooms. 4. The secondary bathroom toilet is leaking and continues to run.

Moved in here May 2025 I always pay rent on time never had any issues. I was promised that things would be fixed fast-forward months later it was not fixed. My mailbox had been broken for months to the point where somebody went inside my mailbox and stole my package once I went to the office to complain about my package being stole. They finally fixed the mailbox and gave me a new key months later let’s not talk about the roaches that’s infested in these apartments. On numerous occasions I have seen roaches they’re embedded in the walls. after complaining maintenance finally came to spray and it’s like when he sprayed The roaches came out even more. My house is very clean maintenance even said that I have the cleanest in this apartment in this building so there’s no reason for roaches besi

⭐ 1 Star DO NOT RECOMMEND — My full experience living here I normally don’t leave long reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex was so consistently stressful that I feel obligated to warn others before they sign a lease. 1. Maintenance: Constant Delays & Unresolved Issues From the very beginning, maintenance was a major problem. Requests were rarely acknowledged, and when they were, maintenance never came on time. I waited days — sometimes weeks — for issues that should’ve been handled immediately. My bathtub stayed clogged throughout my stay, and despite multiple requests, nothing was ever fully fixed. It felt like every repair was either delayed, rushed, or ignored altogether. 2. Serious Cleanliness & Health Concerns The condition of the apartment itself was deeply concern

I was writing to thank the manager Ms. Treedie and Ms. Vivian and London for always coming through for me when I need their assistance. I have been here for 4 years and the relationship has always been helpful. Things are done as soon as they know from me the problem and there is constant communication in which is most important to me. Thank you
