This isn't because I owe rent, but its the principle of what LeAndria and her minion Briana Shelton did. Now any other assts. I absolutely loved them, even tho, I dealt with lies and all. The professionalism isn't there with these two, especially with Briana. These two are very unprofessional, they might be ok in the beginning, but over time if you're late or whatever they will switch on you. 2 of the 3 of their courtesy officers are a hot mess, they indulge in the mess, instead of being neutral party. It is a great gated apartment complex which I really love. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I put in a request for something to be fixed, it doesn’t take them long to receive and make sure it is fixed in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a nice, clean place to live.

Raven in the office is excellent! When I entered the building she was very warm and welcoming. She was also extremely helpful and made the entire process a breeze. She was kind, patient, & knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and had a fantastic attitude. I really enjoyed my experience with her.

I've been living here for 6 months now, with my sister and I'm very happy with my experience. The management staff is always quick to respond to any issues, and the manager Leandria Morris is very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, and the location is great – close to everything I need. This is the worst place to call home. Do not move here!!! do you have an apartment manager by the name of Leandrea that cannot talk to the resident or she uses flashlight cop to harass the resident and there guess. He out here telling people he a real police. (impersonate, law-enforcement) telling people he’s a real police but he’s nothing but he a security guard!! Dan I have tried to contact the regional manager over these properties and they have failed to contact me. Why should I be paying 905 in rent and cannot be comfortable with where I’m paying rent at. Blue magnum have let me down. They have not contacted me whatsoever about this issue that I have. Please DO NOT move here.!!!
