Got to be careful when communicating cause sometimes its a AI chatting so its a bit confusing but great experience and the tour was great. Maintenance guy was so nice and office staff was nice and respectful. Hope I get a place here🥰😇

DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people do not care about the well-being of the residents who pay to live here. If something breaks, nobody comes to fix it. My apartment floods constantly, and they’ve neither compensated me nor taken any real steps to resolve the issue. Management changes as often as you change your shoes. When I finally spoke with the new management team, they didn’t do anything to transfer me to another unit. As of November 6, 2025 (12:38 AM), I’m currently dealing with another ceiling leak—right now—and being met with attitude from maintenance staff over an issue that isn’t even my fault. Sure, the rent may seem affordable, but it’s absolutely not worth it. Spend the extra money somewhere else. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management team—Kim and Blair are outstanding. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a general question, they handle everything promptly and with a positive attitude. Their dedication and kindness make all the difference, and it’s clear they take pride in creating a great living environment. Highly recommend!
