The Park at Newhaven

I am extremely happy and pleased.. I am really glad that I made the decision to move here to staff are Very, very nice, pleasant and helpful the maintenance Department are definitely on point.. If I put in a Work notice the longest they’ll take is approximately two days, depending on the nature of the situation.. But they definitely come and do what they say they are going to do. It is very quiet here and that I love Miss Juliet is extremely nice so basically I’m just saying I love being here. The only issue I have here is I’ve been here i A year and I was supposed to have been put on a waiting list to get the next available apartment with washer and dryer connection… Kind of confuse me because if I’m on the list for the next available, how is it? The Park at Newhaven is quite the find in the Jackson area. It’s quiet and the people keep to themselves. Throughout the leasing process, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the office staff and management. They were always super nice and helpful. Specifically Ms. Juliet has been so pleasant to interact with. She seems to really care about her tenants. I’m glad I found this gem.

Love the office staff especially mrs. Juliet she and all the maintenance guys have made living here amazing. They are very prompt to fixing issues in my unit, even if i see them in the hallway and didn’t put in a work order they still make time to atleast look at it and tell me what i need to do or if they need to order a part. Been here a year and fixing to be my 2nd year here!

This apartment was anything but good. Me and my moved in 2023. The apartment looked nice after one month the air went out , mushrooms were growing under the kitchen sink , the flooring was coming up , and dishes were left in the dishwasher. After a day or two we got no communication about when it would be fixed so we called corporate. Corporate fixed the air and mushrooms, but the flooring was never fixed. A year later gnats were coming in the apartment we told the apartment manager about the issue and she was recommending stuff for us to buy instead of looking at the apartment next door because those people had recently moved out. After my mom got fed up and went to talk to the apartment manager again , they checked the apartments and the gnats were coming from there. A month later my mom
