The Park at Inverness

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I just moved in on 1/16/2026 and it has been a nightmare ever since! This place is FULL OF ROACHES!!! They do not do anything but lie and mislead you. Prior to move in I was promised a fully renovated apartment that they never had. They sent me an email two days before move in stating they had to push my move in date back and no fully renovated apartments would be ready until the end of January, mind you I did the application and paid my deposit back in December 2025. I was literally told nothing but lies!! I have complained since day 1 about the roaches and all they say is “pest control” which hasn’t came since I’ve moved in. I have roaches coming out the kitchen, bedrooms, and the shower. It’s terrible. Whenever you call the office they just blame the next person

I want to thank Carinthian so much for working with me during the moving process. I was approved quickly for a unit. I asked to be moved from a different unit because as a mother with children I thought the front of the complex would be better. He immediately reached back out and accommodated me. He took me on a tour of the unit and it was great. Thank you again for making the moving process easy and being very understanding ! You truly are the best !

Had a great experience with Mrs. Nellencia Torrence. She is great with communication and the approval process was very quick! She kept me informed on everything! Very Wonderful Lady with a beautiful personality! The office was very clean and she greeted me as I walked in with a smile!!

Been living here now 2 years experience the usual minor maintenance issues but overall great complex! The manager Tim gets the job done within a blink of an eye, Carinthian and Jay takes good care of residents they’re always so nice and Miss Nellencia is just a breath of fresh air needed to the office. I have no complaints. You guys keep it up!

Nice cozy environment. Staff is understanding and work hard to guarantee customer satisfaction. Nellencia is a breath of fresh air. She worked tirelessly to ensure my family’s move was smooth. Tim’s professionalism and eagerness to help was unmatched.
