The Park at Fairmont

One of the best apartments in Pasadena. The apartments are beautiful, well-equipped and affordable. The community is also great. I lived there for a year and only moved because I wanted to be closer to downtown. If not, I would still be there. Leasing office and maintenance personnel are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve living here since the beginning of the year. I really want the place because the location, and it always looks nice from the outside, but with apartments you never now. It has been by far the best apartment I’ve been living in. Very peaceful, only issue my neighbor smoking weed, and I hate that smell really bad, I was told to by management to call the cops but I’m not calling the cops on my neighbors for that 🤷🏽‍♀️, I’ve always thought it would be nicer for them to call them, so I try to keep my place ventilated and got me an air filter, not the most efficient way but nothing is perfect. Vehicles are always safe, I’ve not seen the first one being towed or broken into, like in a lot of apartments that have that internal business. I lived at The Park for 3.5 years. Building 12 was very peaceful being on the backside of the complex. I had no issues with parking, maintenance requests, packages getting lost, or any other general issues many apt complexes face. Seriously, I can't think of one complaint about this apt complex. Well manicured property with lots of tree shade. The package lockers installed were a major upgrade. Everyone from the leasing staff to the maintenance crew were very nice and helpful. Can truthfully say I miss living there.

I moved in July 2018. I LOVE my apartment! The management is wonderful and if you have a problem with anything, they are right on it! I especially love the ambiance, wondering paths through shaded mature trees and beautiful landscaping. The gym has just been completely redone and also the main office area. Really pretty, It is quiet and the pool area is just beautiful. I do want to mention the staff, nothing less than professional, friendly, and so very helpful whenever I have needed help.

We have lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved every minute of it. Our top floor apartment is beautiful and our building #9 is very quiet. The appliances are nice, on the newer end and very solid. The hardwood floors in the living area is great and the granite countertops have made making meals easy. Our neighbors are very kind, friendly, and stand-up people. We've never had issues with crime, or noise, or neighbors. The staff is amazing and keeps up the grounds wonderfully. We love that there are so many trees around and talking walks or runs around the complex is very relaxing and beautiful. At night, the place is very well lit. We have not had any issues when on walks with pet droppings. Everyone seems to be respectful and uses the pet clean up stations that are provided. The
