The Park at Cornwall

I have been staying at Cornwall for at least seven years and ms Demeshia is the best manager that has ever worked out here has exceptional manners goes out of her way to help with whatever you need and is always in the office. I hope she never changes and I hope this message finds her well. I have never had an issue while she has been in office, I have never had any problems that she has not fixed while her being in the office and she is truly appreciated. The best you guys could have possibly have.

I wanna give a huge Shout Out to our former (Demeshia Love) and our New Property Manager Raven Stiff and Head of Maintenance Gabriel for checking on the residents and speedily handling business for all tenants and responding to all our needs major and minor out here at Park at Cornwall Apartments!!!!!!!

Demeshia was amazing she kept me informed and when a few things wasn’t to my liking about my unit the repairs was quickly resolved. Loving my first week so far. Gabe is amazing as the maintenance worker my floor needed repair and it was fix speedily. He is so knowledgeable and a great addition to the team.

This is my car that was damaged by the people they hired to do the property it was on camera they refused to fix my windshield I pay my rent don’t socialize at all patient with the fixing stuff I have a leak in my apartment as of today and it still hadn’t been fixed i still live here but they should treat there tenants better every few months there’s a different manager it makes it hard to file paperwork so my car can be repaired you can’t get regional at all but karma is real

So far so good, I am a future tenant of the park at Cornwall. Everyone has been awesome, she took excellent care of me, from questions to anything at all. I haven't lived there yet so all I can really comment on is the experience. So far the experience has been great, I look forward to moving in. Thank !
