DO NOT STAY HERE. The agent , maintance man and landlord are very unprofessional I ask them can I remove my items out of the apartment the agent told me no she then started talking to me crazy because I ask if the landlord be over here she got mad started snapping on me calling me out my name and all that she then proceeded to get in my face in say she will fight me , my mom , sister and boyfriend and then the maintenance man tried to fight me as well the agent then proceeded to call the police and tell them we were trespassing but we wasn’t . I than called the landlord and ask her can she can send someone to unlock my door so I can get my things out . She didn’t respond so I called her I told her I was sending her to court she laughed in my face and then hung up. Then the agent lied to po

I was scheduled a time to tour the apartments . I made it early , reached out to the leasing manager to let her know. No response. Walked to the leasing office. The lights were on , and door was locked. I called the office and her personal number multiple times. No response. Crazy I still tried to give them a chance despite the previous reviews regarding horrible management. Just to end in the same category as the rest. Very distasteful and unprofessional. No one wants their time and gas wasted . Get someone in office that doesn’t mind doing their job the RIGHT way.

I promise you just moved in we have all these problems there's no landlord there we've been calling and calling trying to get in touch with somebody we have half of our apartment power don't work water leaks everywhere ceiling falling in we need somebody to contact us as soon as you get this message I'm about to contact my lawyer if I do not hear from somebody over it I just want out of my lease this is not what I signed up for I could have stayed where I was so pleased if somebody sees this please give me a call or contact me

I'm trying to move out of Jackson and found this location.drove by a few times and it looks nice (from the outside). I sent an email on Monday to request a tour on Friday. Never heard if that was a good or bad time so I showed up to no one being in 5he office. I spoke with a tenant and he said she comes early in the week. He called her for me and she said she would be there the next Monday. We'll she wasn't there and every time I call the phone is answered by nobody on the other end. The phone number listed is a joke. You need a personal cell to get a hold of her. Reconsidering living there.

Horrible. Landlord never available. They break into your apartment and steal cars over here. Definitely the projects. Don't move here. Not safe.
