Rose Garden Apartments

How do you get hold of anyone on this property bc I have called numerous times & no one answers the phone,I went there filled in an application & handed it in but the lady on duty was very anxious & abrupt,then she took my application & was chatting to me & said she had some apts open & to come for an appointment the next day which was a Friday then she called & re-scheduled to the Monday & when I got there she wasnt there so I saw somebody go into the office & asked him he said she wont be there until next day really weird situation so he said he would call her & she would call me & I havent yet heard from her & when you call no answer so please tell me who is in charge of this complex bc if thats how this manager operates I would not want to live there. I know it was 4th July I was tgere

I have lived at Rose Garden for over 6 years and I love it. The people are welcoming and the staff is A one. I feel safe and protected. It is affordable and well-maintained. I highly recommend Rose Garden Apartments.

Maintenance man is capable. However HUD needs to get a gutter cleaner. Manager here Tues and Thurs right now. Our other manager is at Northside trying to save that complex. However things are getting taken care of ..pretty suroundings. You are responsible for your own carpet cleaning. ..Crystal is a great manager and we hope she returns soon never had an issue with her and SHES SO FAIR. Pearl.PD are not far. Never had a violent situation here on the grounds. SOCIAL COODINATOR IS MORE THAN AWESOME. Keep.your business to yourself unless you want everyone to know!!! CRYTAL told me this when I first moved in. If you get in from waiting list make friends But be discreet

I checked the availability for apartments for my mom and online it says there's a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment available, but I called the manager and she said they have none available and hung up in my face

I have a sister that lives there and I love it it's single story and it's older residents that lives there
