Ms. Tanner thank you for being an Awesomely Rental Property Manager. . You take such pride in your work and it shows in how you keep the property. Nice and clean . Not to memtion your staff and how professional they are when you come into the office when you need or ask for something. And also great work maintenance men who does an awesome job as well. Thank you all!!!!!

Came to visit a resident there . On the way out I met this wonderful woman by the name of Tahitian. She really was so nice and welcoming. Introduced herself and told me about the wonderful location . At the time I wasn’t looking for a new place to reside but now I can’t wait to do my application for me and my babies . Good people are hard to find . I could definitely tell she cares about the tenants and her job .

I have been living here for two years and recently we experienced an apartment fire. We lost everything. However, the management and even the regional manager was so supportive throughout this entire process. They put us in a hotel for a week and we got keys to a new apartment 6 days later. They blessed and supported us tremendously and we will forever be grateful. Not to mention, they called Red Cross for us and another charity to help us rebuild. This is a great community. They keep the property clean and really support their tenants. You couldn’t pick a better place to stay here in Pearl.

The apartment complex itself is okay. People are nasty and leave their trash outside of the dumpster because they’re too lazy to go inside. The maintenance doesn’t empty the dog trash cans. Bugs are always flying around it, but they want us to pick the poop up and throw it away. You can barely throw anything else in there. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I chose The Grand at Pearl because of my wife being disabled. I am a Law Enforcement Officer and I needed a place that was safe for my wife and made her happy and comfortable. The Grand has exceeded all my expectations with the way they respond to any problems that may arise and a very experienced and friendly staff. They earn this rating each and every day. They have been very consistent from the first day we came here ‼️ Thank you all for making taking care of my wife ‼️‼️
