The Park at Chappell Hill

Excellent apartment with great amenities and a convenient location. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend these homes over and over!

The houses look pretty good. The apartments inside are a bit too dark I think, but they still look pretty nice. The only thing is that when we looked at the apartment, there were huge cockroaches all over the apartment. The only plus is that the apartments have a washing machine and a dryer. It also seems very strange that Google review says that they have seven reviews, but in reality for some reason only two are shown.

I don’t know what the last person was talking about. This place is amazing and I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Lived here for about eight months. It’s a pretty decent apartment for the price. Move-in was easy. Fairly quiet, except for some highway noise. Could probably use better windows to keep out noise from highway. Management and maintenance handles issues in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
